Responses are evaluated and interviews completed with appropriate candidates before a shortlist is presented to the client. Candidates are interviewed with full, in-depth evaluation and only appropriate candidates are shortlisted and recommended to clients.

We are able to source high calibre professional contractors to meet our clients business needs in the changing labour market and commercial environment. With access to specialists with a broad range of industry knowledge, experience and expertise we can tailor solutions to suit cients short, medium or longer term resource requirements.
Executive Search
Well regarded for the quality and depth of our evaluative capability, we undertake research and approach candidates directly if appropriate. Confidentiality is paramount and the company’s identity is only revealed to those candidates who are ultimately selected to meet the client. Search is a very effective tool particularly for more difficult assignments.

Psychometric Testing
We offer a wide range of psychometric assessment services in conjunction with qualified professionals.  These are used in recruitment and selection, succession planning, identifying training and development needs and in developing staff requirements during restructuring or mergers. These tests can include verbal and numerical reasoning and personality testing.

In-house Staff Evaluation
We are often called upon as external consultants to evaluate and appraise staff. This can provide an impartial view, particularly in relation to company mergers, acquisitions, divestments or restructuring situations.
